I liked Titan a lot, so I was surprised that I didn't like the other two books in the series. Actually, Wizard was decent but I didn't like Demon at all; it felt like Varley was trapped by his own world and was writing a lot of things that the reader could have figured out. Recommendation: pick up Titan, which is good SF, and leave the other two on the shelf.
